The first transformation principle on the Transformation path is identity. Identity is the beginning point.
 
If we’re not certain about who we are— based on whose we are— we’ll strive and struggle and strain to create that identity on our own. When we do, we always come up short, and we’re never satisfied.
 
On the other hand, once we understand who God says we are… we understand that our uniqueness is a gift from God Himself.
 
This means that you matter because of who you are, more so than anything you do. The impact you make on the world is an overflow of who you are.
